This stall is located at Kam Wan Restaurant Ipoh and it is operated by the whole family and they have not hired any workers. Therefore, the family members will work together to serve the customers, prepare sauce and prepare food. For example, the wife will be taking order, the husband will be grilling the fish and the son will be preparing the sauce. In addition, the owner is using brick and mortar to operate his business, which means that he only have a physical store to run his business.
